The HIGH END 2017
More exhibitors and a double digit growth in visitor numbers
Under the slogan "let the music play“ the exhibition provided an 'all under one roof' showcase for the international audio industry. From May 18-21, the exhibition halls and rooms encircling the atriums on the upper levels of the MOC were booked solid.
messelive.tv provides a most authentic recap of this year's trade show:
The 36th consecutive staging of the HIGH END, featuring 538 exhibitors from 44 countries, was once again an international highlight for the entire industry. Compared to the previous year, the number of companies exhibiting increased by some 4 %. They came from 44 different countries.
The crowd of visitors was accordingly vast, with the HIGH END 2017 seeing a 10% increase in visitor numbers. It attracted more than 21,000 visitors, arriving from all over the world to find out about products and trends in the audio industry. The complete product range of the audio sector was showcased in 4 exhibition halls and 2 atriums with 138 adjacent conference rooms. Beginning with purist, strictly analog music systems with vinyl and glowing cathode ray tubes, right down to modern Bluetooth and streaming solutions, networked and wireless products, as well as sound bars and headphones.
Virtually all the exhibitors were pleased with a well-informed and avidly interested public.
The next HIGH END will take place from May 10 to 13, 2018 in the exhibition area of the MOC in Munich.
