Exhibitors in the atrium:*

Monday, May 12, 2025, from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, delivery of goods only.

Early installation on Monday from 8:00am only possible with payment of an additional fee.
Room 65 - 75sqm = 500 EUR
Room 76 - 90sqm = 700 EUR
Room 91 - 150sqm = 900 EUR

Tuesday, May 13, 2025, and Wednesday, May 14, 2025, from 8:00am to 10:00pm

Exhibitors in the hall area which have ordered areas not containing stands:

From Monday, May 12, 2025, to Wednesday, May 14, 2025, from 6:00am to 10:00pm
(Please note that the hallways and aisles in the halls must be kept clear as from Wednesday, 5:00pm)

Exhibitors in the hall area which have ordered ready-to-use stands or cabins and will receive them from the HIGH END SOCIETY:**
