Public transport

The MOC is very easy to reach, comfortable, fast and safe. The underground transport (U-Bahn) will be the first choice to bring you straight to the MOC:
Please use the underground No. U6 from the station "Marienplatz" (close to the central railway station), direction "Fröttmaning / Garching-Forschungszentrum". This line brings you to the station "Kieferngarten", which is close to the MOC. The journey takes about 14 minutes.

Arrival at the airport

Public transportation to the MOC

The urban railway station (S-Bahn) for the S1 and S8 trains is located directly below Munich Airports central terminal building. The trains to the city centre run every 10 minutes. You can choose between two routes from the airport to the MOC.

S1 / U6 route:
Take the S1 from the airport to "Marienplatz". Then change to the U6 (underground) direction "Fröttmaning / Garching-Forschungszentrum". Get out at the "Kieferngarten" station, which is just a short walk from the MOC.

S8 / U6 route:
Take the S8 from the airport to "Marienplatz". Then change to the U6 (underground) direction "Fröttmaning / Garching-Forschungszentrum". Get out at the "Kieferngarten" station, which is just a short walk from the MOC.

Car rental

All major car rental companies are represented at the "Car Rental Centre" at Munich Airport. If you hire a car, we recommend the following route:
Take the A92 from Munich Airport and follow the signs "Messe/ICM" in the direction of Munich as far as the motorway intersection "Eching/Neufahrn". Use up from here the A9 in the direction of Munich up to the exit "Freimann". Turn right into the "Heidemannstrasse" and then, after about 500m, turn left into the Lilienthalallee, where the MOC is located.

By car

Please use the motorway (Autobahn) A 9 to drive into Munich. From the A9 motorway use the exit "München-Freimann" into the street "Heidemannstrasse" and then, after about 500m, turn left into the "Lilienthalallee", where the MOC is located.

In the underground car park at the MOC are 1,600 parking spaces available.
